Web lectures for students perhaps 4 day classroom and 1 day webinar that archives videos and tutorials for students
Have a lecture series online and allow students to use class time for more creative learning experiences. (HW: lecture and then IC: the functional practice).
Summer School for students who might need more time with class materials or to catch up.
Do reviews of skills over the summer so that the first few weeks of classes are not re-learning the wheel. (not set up just as an online test, but rather as a short review course in advance of being in your classroom--led by the teacher (via podcasts, etc.)
